I just picture these Italian grandmothers with long graying hair and black dresses standing in these fantastic open-air kitchens doing everything by SCRATCH and with NO RECIPES. Bravo to your bravery! Looks fantastic. That little piece of onion in the last picture is my favorite part. And thanks for the link, by the way.
