Enjoyed your site. Was eating at Lady and Sons and talking to Paula before foodnetwork discovered her. Miss the original small restaurant. She was a “hoot” as you discovered since she came out of the kitchen in her shorts and tee shirt to talk to her customers. Her first cookbook is still my goto.

I absolutely love Paula Dean! She’s so sassy - - and looks very approachable. It’s fun to watch chefs who look like they are having a great time cooking.

Yay! So glad to see you’re back.

Paula Deen is every woman I’ve grown up around. Cute, sweet and a good cook.

Plus, she makes me laugh while I walk through Wal-Mart and see her on those big screens!
